Registration Requirements for New Day Care Providers

In Oregon, you are required by law to be registered if you provide child care to more than three day care children who are from more than one family, and you do this for more than 70 days in a calendar year; or you receive payment from an agency that requires you to be registered; or you want to participate in the USDA Child Care Food Program.
