Green Eggs and Ham

1 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 Tbs. Diced ham
1 tsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. chopped green peppers
3 tsp. Chopped spinach
1 egg
1 tsp. milk
salt and pepper to taste

In a pan, heat oil and then sauté ham, onions, and peppers. Stir in spinach. Blend in egg and milk and add to ham mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sir constantly with a spatula.
