Turkey Fruit Cup Scoop out the center of the orange half (cut first along the inside of the rind). Dice orange center, apple and banana and combine in a small bowl. If desired, and add chopped nuts. Fill orange cup with diced fruit. Add a toothpick for a neck, a carrot round for a head and half a toothpick for a beak. Stick two celery leaves in the back of the cup for feathers. Place lettuce leaf on a plate to make a leafy bed for the fruit cup turkey. |

Pilgrim Bread Pudding Dice whole wheat bread. In a blender, crumble a small amount of the bread pieces. Repeat until all the bread is crumbled. Then place the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Blend ½ cup milk, apple juice concentrate, eggs cinnamon, ginger, molasses and salt. Pour liquid mixture over crumbs and mix. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour ¼ cup milk over the top and bake 25 minutes more. |
