Italian Green Beans Place green beans in a microwave-safe casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon in 2 cups of hot water. Pour over beans. Add enough remaining water so that the beans are not quite covered by the liquid. Cover the casserole dish and microwave on high until beans are just tender, about 5-7 minutes, depending on the microwave and dish. Drain and discard liquid. Sprinkle hot green beans with parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper |

In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients and cook covered on high for 8-10 minutes. Serve |

Microwave Thai Broccoli
Combine broccoli, soy sauce, vegetable oil and lime peel in a casserole dish. Cook, covered on High 7-10 minutes until tender; stir halfway through cooking. Stir in 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro. Sprinkle with sliced radishes. Serve. |
