Monkey Sandwich Roll-ups


Bread
Peanut Butter
Banana

Flatten bread slice using a rolling pin. Spread on peanut butter and top with mashed banana. Roll up bread into a roll.


Hawaiian Roll-ups


Bread
Ham
Cream Cheese
Pineapple

Flatten bread slice using a rolling pin. Spread on a thin layer of cream cheese. Lay a slice of ham on bread and add tidbits of pineapple. Roll up bread into a roll


Summer Fruit Cones

1 medium fresh peach
1 medium fresh plum
1 medium nectarine
4 oversized waffle cones
2 6-ounce containers fruit yogurt, stirred
Topping ideas: dried cranberries, dried fruit, trail mix, cereal.

Thinly slice fruit, then cut largest slices crosswise in half. Mix fruit together. Stand cones in tall sundae dishes or together cups. Fill with fruit and spoon yogurt into center. Sprinkle with choice of toppings.
