Hill of Beans Snackwich

1 slice of bread
1/3 cup barbecue beans or pork and beans in tomato sauce drained.
1/2 or 1 1/2 ounce slice mozzarella cheese

Place bread slice on an un-greased baking sheet. Spread beans on bread slice so that the top of the bread is completely covered and the beans are slightly mounded in center. Cut cheese slice diagonally into quarters; arrange atop beans. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 6-7 minutes or till the cheese melts. Serve warm


Graham Cracker Sandwiches

3 graham crackers
Peanut Butter
1 small banana

Break each graham cracker into 2 squares. Spread each square lightly with some peanut butter. sprinkle each square lightly with some cinnamon if desired. Peel banana; cut the banana into 1/4 slices. Arrange the banana slices on half of the graham cracker squares. Top with the rest of the graham cracker squares, peanut butter side down. Press together gently.


Frozen Yogurt Treats

1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana sliced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup unsweetened fruit juice or fruit chunks

Blend ingredients and pour into small paper cups. Freeze. Place a plastic spoon or popsicle stick in each cup when yogurt mixture is half frozen. Continue freezing. To serve, turn cups upside down and run hot water over them until the frozen treat slips out.


Banana Pops

4 bananas
8 popsicle sticks
lemon juice
water
nut-like cereal

Stick banan halves onto popsicle sticks. Dip bananas into a mixture of one part lemon juice and one part water. Roll bananas in crushed nut like cereal. Place on waxed paper and freeze.
